From the placement of the shots, I would say his sights/scope are off to the left! The first and last shots were in the same vertical line. Too bad we couldn't hear the discussion afterwards.

Reason enough to use your rifle before taking it out into the field. Even if its off you know that and can compensate. I dont want the Karma gods to jinx me for next time so no comment on the shooter.

one reason to transport your hunting rifle in a hard case to prevent the base from being wacked out of position during trasnportation.

i love how some deer are gone if u make the slightest peep, and some deer just stand there while u shoot at them 4 or 5 times

Looked like a decent deer. I wonder if he he had a little case of buck fever going on. I bet money on this, that was posted by a friend/family member and not him. Then they probably told everyone about so they could get a good laugh!

After the first couple shots you would have thought he would have aimed for the deer's rear end instead.

somebody would be getin beat if they mesed with one of my guns and caused me to miss a nice deer. although i think after the first or second shot i would be able to compensate and make the shot.
