*Falcon Ops Group* Firearms Training
Just returned from my third class with Falcon Ops Group. For anyone looking for beginner to advanced pistol or carbine training.... these are the guys to sign up with.
It's impossibly a bad idea or experience. As a responsible gun owner, I feel it is important for all responsible gun owners to learn and advance their skills. Please check them out. http://falconops.net/ Last edited by Bambino83; 07-16-2012 at 7:11 AM.. |

Who's that guy with the "Armed Infidel" hat?
Great class! So many skills are just automatic for me now. The drilling was excellent. My gun was malfunctioning in a minor way 1/2 way thru that was really impacting my reload times, and a short conversation with Hollywood at lunch on his own time (cuz thats just the type of guy he is) and I figured out some adjustments I could make and BINGO!...welcome back to open chamber on empty! The classes couldn't be more fun! they keep you shooting all day while passing on skill building that will last a lifetime. A special thanks to all instructors. There are so many classes out there one can take at all different prices. You guys are the ones that really stand apart from all the others I have trained in pistol with before that I wish I could go back and had it been with you at whatever price.(bold statement in a sport as expensive as this I know, but from the heart) So even if you're the type of guy to move right when supposed to go left while live-firing drills, "STRIPPER ON A POLE" can save multiple asses at once! If you dont know...you just have to take the class....SO worth it....cant wait for 1.5 and 2.0. and for those of you that were there.... Geek Award recipient....OUT! |

Carbine 1.5 on Saturday with 12 shooters and 3 instructors. 107 degrees in Chino. Brutal. Lots of new steel and brand new FOG paper target (see bottom). Today was Carbine 2.0 with mild temperatures in the high 90s and we had only 8 shooters since a couple from yesterday didn't make it back. The various steel targets were incorporated very well into the progression of instruction. Tough classes. Lots of team shooting today with great communication, various ranges, barricades, running, muzzle discipline, etc. Not for the faint of heart. No soup sandwiches and a lot of great shooters. A lot of fundamentals on Saturday plus extensive malfunction drills. Timed drills and man on man. We were run ragged!

Awww you Beat me Ram! Two days of hardcore training was super brutal. Def. pushed me to my limits but also keeping Safety as Priority. I've learned ALOT from Gear Selection, to which malfunction I need to practice more, to which stance I'm more comfortable in. Def. WORTH EVERY PENNY. I HIGHLY SUGGEST if you own a carbine or pistol to take one of Falcon's class and you wont regret it. Also keep in mind if you have a bunch of friends and want to have you own PRIVATE Class, they can work out something for you.
Hit them up on thier FB Page here : http://www.facebook.com/FalconOperationsGroup Drix |

Sorry I missed it, had a 12 hour enduro race in Vegas this weekend... glad it went well, as always. 107 degree heat?! holy crap that's hot. 103 is the hottest FOG class I have been to and that was BRUTAL!

Great training once again! I'm always learning new techniques during a FOG course. Continued Improvement. Weather was hot, but that's reality... can't always be in a controlled environment.
Hope to see all of you at Pistol 1.5 & 2.0 in Oct.!! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1348105474.566543.jpg http://falconops.net/schedule/ |

You bring your rifle with magazines to class. The FOG folks sprinkle some magical fairy dust on you. You become aware of your opposable thumbs and are able to then use a tool to reload when you need to reload.
Note!! must show up to a class and get blessed by the magic fairy dust. Apparently this skill can not be transmitted by any media, especially the internet. |

Anyone have a line on reaching the guys? I tried the site contact form and the FB page but i'm getting no love.
Wanted to get in on the class on Wednesday, but couldn't get any response from either method. Is info@falconops.net the way to go? Its not like i'm going to text one of the guys over something non-essential, but I wanted to get in on a 1.0 or 1.5 Carbine course before Costa next year.
