mak 90 milled receiver parts kit ?
Hello,
This is my 1st thread/question so please don't chew me up if I have done it incorrectly. I am looking into purchasing a milled receiver parts kit (mak-90) for a build. Can someone tell me if the barrel on these come threaded to the original milled receiver? If I purchase a milled receiver - then I would need to have that threaded to accept the barrel correct? these have to be timed correct? Thanks in advance! P220nut |

AK barrels aren't threaded to the receiver...
They are press fit into a trunnion which is riveted to the receiver.

I don't know if I'd make a sweeping statement like that on anything the that came in from china in that time frame
There were a lot of sub variants and design iterations. |

My buddy in AZ (soon to be in CA) has a MAK90 for sale. It's coming to CA next week as a parts kit if it doesn't sell before then. It's a press fit barrel. I'll post it here if need be, and let you know if you're really interested.
