Default KORE CCW belts, 15% off coupon

I was shopping for a CCW belt, and saw the Hanks LTP deal in another thread. I bought one of those but kept searching, and came across a coupon for %15 off KORE belts, which are highly recommended in the CCW sub-forum.

Just used it, so as of today at 1620 it is still active.

KORE15

Awsome! Thank you! I've been holding off on getting a "business suit" gun belt...now, I don't have an excuse. Got 2 (brown/black).

It's still live.

Just got my belts... WoW! These things are awesome!

I got the nylon (one black, one tan) with one buckle - it's easily swapped but I'll probably get another buckle, maybe another belt too (leather)...

The ratcheting system (while not new) works great - the notches are 1/4" increments and the way it engages and releases on buckle is smooth and solid.

The belt is super ridged but very comfortable. Excellent gun belt.- but comfortable and non-assuming enough to be worn just as a normal belt.

I've got tons of belts - and like holsters, I've tried em all but only use a select few... I recently bought Hanks belt but (no offense to those that like em) I don't care for them - two just hang in my closet...

I'm very impressed with these KORE belts and will likely get another.

Thanks for posting OP. I've never heard of them prior to your post... This is one of the best purchases in a while!

For those unfamiliar with this belt - check out some of the vid on YouTube... This one gives a good explanation :

Been wearing these for a couple of years now and love them.
I did have an issue with my first one, where I did not cut the end cleanly, and it ended up not being secure in the claw after a few months, but the replacement has been fine... the original would have been fine had I not cut it a bit too short.

I cut my leather belt long in case my belly continued to grow.

Well, the belly has remained stable. However, after a year of wearing the belt DAILY, the end of the belt gripped by the buckle began to “give.” Since I cut it long, I just trimmed off the belt to give it a fresh edge (maybe 1/4”?). Good to go for another year I’m guessing.

Great belt!

Got mine in the mail. Pretty nice belt!!! I bought the nylon/ballistic covered one, and I like it. Very easy to size and use, but very stiff - which is good if you7're carrying. Only caveat..... If you have a large overhanging gut the stiffness of the belt might cut into you.

I have that problem with any belt that is firm enough to actually function as a belt.

True enough. Relative to the very thick 17oz Henry belt I have, the Kore belt is a lot more liable to cut into the fleshy bits because of the stiff insert and much thinner top edge.

I don't have a big gut so it isn't too much of an issue for me, but something to be aware of if you're a big guy...... at least in my opinion. I like both manufacturer's belt, but the Kore ratcheting system and ease of sizing is a hands-down winner between the two. The "micro" adjust is just so much superior to the old "one hole per inch" standard.

Very rigid - will not sag... I've been wearing daily since I got em - but it's only been a little over a week... Seems like they will last quite a while - but only time will tell.

If the discount code still works, you should get (at least) one... I pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

Love my Kore, the leather doesn't scratch easily like many other types either. I'll probably never buy another belt with holes again.

These Kore belts look like the same belt as the Blade Tech. But the Blade Tech's regular price is the Kore's sale price. What am I missing here?

I have been wearing the CORE dress belt for just over a year, very happy. If I did not spend so much on another gun belt I would order one.

After wearing mine regularly for a few weeks now I cannot imagine a scenario where this belt would ever sag. It is a very rigid belt.
