Here is a bit of information....this is not meant as sarcasm.

ANYTHING you post on the internet, even if in private messages, can be used in court. If you have an open case, you would be better off consulting a lawyer. A descent lawyer can answer the same questions we can. If he doesn't know the answers, he can find out for you.

I am not saying someone would "snitch" if you divulged info that is incriminating, but I have seen many people get screwed over things they have divulged on the internet whether it be public or private.
