your undergassed. check your gas block for alignment to gas port.
**** my bad, if under gassed the case won't flip around.

It may. The thread I quoted implies that the BCG is being driven back with such force, the extractor either cannot get a good grip, or it is being ripped off (look for missing bits of brass).
The root cause suggested is over gassing, so every thing else is a workaround. AR15barrels is the guru, I am just repeating what I took away from the description. |

Increasing extractor tension is a patch that helps some guns, but it's not a cure to the real problem.
