I just read about this. What a disgusting move.
So sorry for the damage this did to businesses - and so pleased to hear that it's gone.

Don't count on it really being gone. There was no law and the banks did it, so if the liberals are in control, they will stick with the concept.

I'm thinking the same thing but my son in law is a Chase Bank manager. He is going to look into it for me. (not that i will use Chase after they way they acted) However, when it comes to political moves, banks can be compelled to act accordingly from federal political pressure.
