Cool Optics and rings for the R 25 remington .308?

Does anyone have suggestions for outfitting Remington's R 25 in .308. The gun will likely be used for pigs and plinking....We were tossing around:
4 x 12, 6x18, and 6.5x20. Also, what height rings would you suggest?

The rings on both of my AR's (10 and 15) are 30mm center height. That height of ring should work very well with a standard A-2 style stock, you will need a tactical charging latch though as the scope will sit very low over the charging handle.

The ring center height is going to be 1.375 to 1.5". What I would really recommend would be a scope that would range from 2.5-10x to a 4.5-14x. The Leupold 2.5-8x36mm w/ the M2 turret would be a great scope for that rifle.
