Now as far as the staff accept for the young Asian gentleman and the young Hispanic gentleman ( I am Hispanic also-I just did not get their names) who were totally awesome in being professional and FRIENDLY and made myself and my guest feel welcomed the other staff was extremely RUDE and needed to work on their customer service skills. I personally have 9 years of LE training & experience, 6 years as a Marine and 5 years working at a Shooting range. With all that experience I have learned how to treat people with respect and professionalism. I never treated people the way that the other two staff members treated me and my guest. Those two either need to be fired or trained on how to be more people friendly and respectful. Mind you i drove 45 mins to this place because I thought it was gonna be worth my trip but now I am gonna have to keep looking elsewhere as I feel they do not deserve my business. The attitude that these two staff members demonstrated was just unacceptable and I have to say very sad.

Could you please describe the 2 employees that were not being rude and what time you were at the range?

Thank you
