Default Komrad 12- (Kalashnikov USA) in CA?

Any way to get one of these into CA legally?

No. The barrel is not 18”. Just follow the flow chart at the top of the home page for shotguns

Atlantic Firearms would be the people to ask how to make it work within CA, if at all. They have a CA legal shotgun section on their site, with a VEPR being the closest option.

Not legal here. Too bad, it looks like a very interesting non-NFA gun. They pushed the limits with it for sure.

Short barrel- check
Shotgun - check
Mag fed - check
“Arm brace” - check
Semi auto - check
Uses Saiga drums - check
Not NFA - check

It meets CA's defintion of a SBS, unconventional pistol, unsafe handgun, and an assault weapon.

In order to be CA legal, it needs all of the following:
1. Minimum barrel length of 18".
2. Minimum overall length of 26".
3. Fixed magazine that can not be removed without disassembling the firearm's action or is permanently attached in the firearm's magazine well.
4. Can not have both a collapsing/folding stock and a pistol grip or any type of vertical grip.

That's a gang bang of infringements by the state.
