Just resized 75 HXP .30-06 cases. They're in the tumbler now with fine corncob and NuFinish. When I get home from work, I'll trim them, sort them by weight and load about 50 of them with 165 Sierra HPBT and 46.5gr of IMR-3031 for tomorrows Vintage Military Match at Sac Valley.

I've already got a similar 50 loaded with Hornady 155 A-Max's and 47.5gr of IMR-3031. I'll use the 155's at 300 and 500 yards and the 165's for 600 and 800 yards.

Brand new reloader here, just did my first 100 rounds on my new Dillon. My reloader is setup to be portable since the garage can get pretty hot here in the AZ. It's also changeable, so if I need a larger working surface, I can change it out to something bigger. First batch of 100 is .38 spl with 158 gr lead round noses. I went with the rookie load of 3.2 gr Bullseye per the Lyman book. I can't wait to try them out today in my Ruger Blackhawk 3-screw!!! Thank you to those that helped me get to this point......

(I can't believe how slick this Dillon reloader is......a true engineering marvel.)

50 test rounds for my new 260 Rem. Using the 123 grain Lapua Scenar and H4350 of different amounts. I've got to break in the rifle and see what it likes.

colt. Less powder the tighter the pattern. I'm gonna try one with two shot capsules in a 460 case. Massive amount of shot, tiny powder charge. 3" OAL, barely fit the cylinder.

I made these with non-lead shot. no problems in the condor zone

Took apart about 40 rounds of .45ACP that were weak loads. Wouldn't cycle my Glock 30.

I had loaded them on a Lee Load Master and initially set it up for 4.0 grains of Bullseye. I have checked a few random loads as I was loading and they were 3.8 to 4.0, but the ones I pulled apart were in the 3.4 to 3.6 range (average of 10 pulls).

Didn't you just load some 30-06 w/ some 4064 powder? How did that work out?

I'm testing my 4064 loads today. Previously I tested 4895 in the Garand.

Yes, I did, but I didn't get a chance to test them. Tossed and turned all night then slept through the alarm and missed the vintage match.

I've got a chrono coming this week, so I'll try them out with that first. Hopefully next weekend.

I'd be very interested in seeing your results, though.

50 more .45 ACP with 185 grain LSWC using W231 for the first time. Decided to start with 5 grains.

Also, I'm stoked because I found an error on my reloading spreadsheet (was dividing 8# powder cost by 7000 grains instead of 56000 grains) and that means that I've already past saving enough by reloading to pay for all my reloading equipment and then some. Woohoo!

Also pulled the bullets on these 30-06's and reloaded them with another charge because they were a little hot.

Decapped, sized and sorted about 500 pieces of mixed .223 Rem and 5.56MM. 500+ to go in the morning. The first 250 .223's are in the vibrater now with corn cob and NuFinish. I'll be having shiny brass for breakfast!

Then I get to trim it all and ream the primer pockets on the 5.56MM.

150 .45ACP 200gr LSWC with 4.4gr of Bullseye. Checked powder weight on about every 5 or 10 and they're all right on. Should cycle the Glock and 1911.

Next up is a couple hundred .45ACP 230gr Plated LRN, then I'll switch the Load Master over to 9mm and do a few hundred of those.

Turned out I only had 102 of the plated RN bulllets, so I loaded those, 25 240gr JHC with 5.1 grain of Bullseye and about 170 200 gr Plated HP with 4.7 grain of Bullseye.

I'm good on .45ACP for a week or two, now.

Time to get going on the 9MM and .223/5.56

50 rounds of .357 Magnum: 148 gn hard cast wadcutters with 7.0 grains of WSF and small rifle primers.

Tomorrow I change over to .38 Specials and start loading target rounds (148 gn soft cast wadcutters with 2.5 grains of International and small pistol primers) I need at least 300 of those...

Primed 500+ pieces of 9MM. I'll start loading them with 115 Plated RN Berry's and about 4 grains of Bullseye in the morning.

Ran into some with crimped primers. Set them aside for now, since the new primers won't go in until I ream them out. Or I might just toss them.

Also had a bunch of .38 S&W mixed in with the 9MM shells. I don't know where I picked those up, but who shoots .38 S&W anymore? They're nearly identical to the 9MM brass, but the rim is bigger. Anybody need about 20 of them?

Also, ordered the 9MM and Rifle shell feeders for my Load Master, as well as a few other maintenance parts. Right now, I haven't gotten the primer station to work 100% reliably, so I'm hand priming and just using the press to resize, charge, seat and crimp. Still a lot fast than a single stage, once you get going.

Loaded 100 rounds of 6mm x 284. Used a Sierra 70gr SMK at 3,540 fps. Going to go kill squirrels on Sunday, or rather blow them up. Recently mounted a new Zeiss 6.5 x 20 x 50mm scope. Am looking forward to the slaughter.

Deprimed and tumbled 1500 pieces of 45ACP brass and about 500 40 S&W. Too bad I don't shoot 40 S&W haha. Just random pieces mixed up while policing up brass at the range.

Nope, virgin Lapua brass right out of the box. I have found that Lapua brass rarely needs case prep as they are good to go directly from the box. I have bought several boxes of Lapua brass and have only had one dented neck.

That's why you need a Smith 625 .45acp revolver. My test loads that prove too weak for my 1911 work just fine as plinkers for the 625.
