Default Quality 1911 for steel challenge practice

Moving to Idaho my wife and I are going to be practicing indoors for 4-5 months. We need very representative (weight, trigger) airsoft for practice. Can't be tactical (with rail) as they have to fit our competition holsters. Also, practice session might be300+ "rounds". The market includes a number of inexpensive airsoft that clearly won't suffice and a few very expensive examples that appear to be more of a substitute for owning a high quality 1911 versus serious practice. Any suggestions out there?

I won't say we're insensitive to price, but the amount we'll be saving on ammo during the winter will pay for a very nice airsoft 1911 and then some.

Any feedback from someone who runs a 1911 in competition and airsoft practices?

Would SIRT or Coolfire platforms work?

SIRT is a no-go as the Glock grip angle, etc. is a poor 1911 substitute. The Coolfire platform looks interesting, but I wouldn't invest that much unless it has an outstanding warranty.
