Haven't seen much love for this pic thread so I thought I'd share my xdm with a new slide finish. Other than that, she's got a basic stipple, prp trigger and some trijicon night sights. Think it turned out okay.

Just broke this out of jail 10 days ago. I put 450 rounds downrange the first 2 days, then added grip tape, Fat Daddy flat trigger & PRP extended mag release and put another 200 through it. It ate everything I fed it.

I took a bit off the trigger guard, stippled the frame and installed some TFX sights.

Picked up a complete 4.5 slide for my 3.8 compact, just for the hell of it. Haven't shot it yet, but it cycles by hand with snap caps.

Here's my VERY first gun—an XD. 5" barrel, service model. My palms get sweaty hence the hex mag stickies. I've also color-filled the slide. She's a babe and I plan to use her at IDPA!

XD operator operating operationally, fool! Actually, I'm wondering why the slide is stuck back like that. Guess I should have bought a real gun

I'm glad I found this thread. I've been working on my 1911's so my XD sc is still in stock condition but I've got a new trigger that came today and will be doing a stipple job on it as well. Will post pics when done!

Finally stippled my grip and installed a Fat Daddy flat trigger. Also have a PRP "trigger job" on its way. I'm happy with it. The stipple was easier than I thought but I first practiced on my factory mags and ended up with a spartan helmet on the bottom of one and punisher skull on the other. It's not perfect but it definitely looks good and feels better.

Here's my XD9 with a TLR-6. Just recently painted the engraving and added the Packmayr grip. Used grip tape to prevent it from sliding around on me, looks and feels good.

Anyone have an XD9SC with an inforce APLc on it? My pistol is still in Cali “jail” so I can’t try it out at a store, but would like to order one ASAP to have one waiting. Interested to see if you used the glock version or the standard rail version and of course how it looks mounted (where the paddles are relative to the trigger and trigger guard).
