Default Which handgun Scope do you recommend...?

Or do some Red Dots have magnification for longer ranges...?.

So I have an extra New in Box Glock 20 (black) that I got recently from a Cal Guns member.....wondering how to pimp it out, I decided to follow meathead9s lead and buy a 9X25 conversion barrel and a box of ammo.

I got up early a couple of days ago and got on
Ordered a 9X25 barrel and a box of the 2000 FPS ammo..(wow, that's fast stuff) downstairs, had some coffee, showered and shaved came back to the computer and actually HAD A UPS TRACKING NUMBER for my MIKE guy sure is fast taking care of customers..

Had today off...and sure enough USP delivered my order. The barrel fit perfectly in the New Glock 20....the ammo is kinda neat looking. I had a neat Glock scope mount I mounted it on the GLOCK..(removable and easy to install) Here's the link to the mount:

Way back in the 70s I knew a man who shot an XP-100..don't remember the caliber but he used to plink targets (varmits) at 150 to 200 yards.....!..
He had a scope on his weapon. I remember the Remington Mohawk 600 had the same action as the XP-100..(I have a Mohawk 600 in .308 as a safe queen)...

What I want to know is what SCOPE or AIMPOINT..etc..I should install on this GLOCK 20 to plink varmits at 150 yards.

Keep in mind the ammo leaves the barrel at close to 2000 Feet per second.

I am thinking a good Leopold variable handgun scope like this one:

Some people recommend a fixed power scope.

I'am not up to date on handgun scopes or Aimpoint types and I am open to suggestions..

Here's the weapon:

May the Bridges I burn light the way.
