Source: PSA Terms and Conditions page (which some people never read?) http://palmettostatearmory.com/index...stomer-service --------------------------------------- Magazines – We abide by all state, federal and local laws regarding magazines. If you are law enforcement in CA (AR-15/AK High Capacity Magazines Sold as Rebuild Kits ONLY), HI, MA, NJ, MD or NY, you must call your order in. We DO NOT ship high capacity magazines (those greater than 10 rounds) with firearms to the states listed below. We will not replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines, nor do we offer refunds in place of the magazines. The responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities is on the customer. Customers ordering PSA AR-15 rifles from states regulating magazine capacity will receive a compliant magazine in place of the standard 30 round magazine. The permit must be received by PSA's compliance dept. before the magazine ships. |

I ordered some of these the last time they were in stock. I received an email saying that they could not ship them to me, as I was in California, and that my order would be cancelled. The next day I received my mags, disassembled. Go figure.

Would be handy if they posted their rebuild kit guidelines in their sub forum here on Calguns wouldn't it? Oh wait.
