Are there any gifts associated with the $300 rate? Or do I have to pay $600 to get the NRA duffel bag?

Although freebies are nice, given today’s environment supporting the NRA shouldn’t come down to a duffle bag

Don't want any GIFTS.. Just wanted an end to some of the madness in California.. Not sure what I've gotten for my money (recently) as far as this state..

I'd will buy the lifetime membership and then continue and contribute pending their response tomorrow.

If they don't move heaven and earth to stop these tyrants.. Ill just buy more ammo and move to a free state.

I just signed up for life for $1000 today. Twice my annual 'anonymous' donations however I feel it's worth it. I would like to sign up my niece and nephew on it though.

I called the number last night and I too joined the NRA as a life member for $300, something that I would never would have been able to do at full price.

I joined on 1/20, I see my credit card has been charged but I didn't receive anything in the mail yet, the guy on the phone gave me a confirmation number but it was like 4 numbers. Is this typical right now?

Yea they are overwhelmed with new members, they need a little more extra time than normal.

It may take several weeks to receive confirmation in the mail. If you're concerned, call NRA Member Services at 800-672-3888. They can confirm your membership and give you your membership number.

I joined for life a few weeks back. Since then I have bought my wife her first handgun. A S&W M&P 40. We went to the range . She had a great time and likes the pistol a lot. Told me today she joined the NRA for life also. Pretty cool I think.

The $300 lifetime special is good until the end of February. I just signed up. The nice woman who handled the details on the phone said they are signing up 6000-7000 lifetime members per day, so they are a little backed up. Processing time is running 6-8 weeks. Take advantage of this special while it lasts, and be patient.

Talking I did it!!

Well, my wife did. We were already both members, but she made me a lifetime member for Valentine's day. Isn't that romantic?$300 forever...? NO brainer kids. Every cal gunner should op on this. Ends at the end of the month.
