Default Atlantic Arms Saiga 12 group buy...FINAL UPDATE>>>BUY>>READ 1st POST FOR INSTRUCTIONS

OK GUYS!!!!

The Time to buy is now

Here's what to do :

I have a post at the end of the thread . Post " I"ll take one " after that post . The first 20 people will be getting the guns. If someone flakes the next person on the thread gets it.

Nice and simple

Do not pm me for ordering info. Once you do this. Blane from Atlantic WILL CONTACT YOU!!!

he will be pm'ing each person in the list with a coupon code for them specifically.

REPEAT DO NOT PM WITH ORDERING INFO, THIS IS ALL THROUGH ATLANTIC

Blane is working all weekend so he said he'll be up on this .

PRICE: $509+$20 shipping ……THAT IS THE CASH PRICE …cards are 3% more

If you don't like how this is run, keep it to yourself. or better yet , make your own group buy. No whining !

UPDATE NUMBER 2

Our official cost will be $509.00+$20 for shipping = Total cost $529.00----CASH PRICE....Credit Card price +3%

This will be for the newest production model of the Saiga 12 . NON CONVERTED !! It will also have no side rail taps for mounting that kind of rail. But fret not there are a bevy of other ways to add a rail to your saiga.

Guys, this is for the model i specified , please no more requests for other models , all the info you need is above .

As soon as Atlantic contacts me and says the guns are in ( should be witin 7-10 days or possibly sooner )

Then we can start ordering. All orders will be DIRECTLY WITH ATLANTIC!!! No middle man at all. Do not give anyone money to do order for you. Contact Atlantic mentioning the Calguns Saiga 12 group buy , and they will take it from there .

The gentleman who i've been working with's name is BLANE. He's running point on this .

Any questions feel free to contact me

UPDATE 3

Also a real quick addition guys. There is no official " list " for this . It's not going to be , this guy gets it or not . That is going to be up to Atlantic as to who pays first and gets everything squared away. It's too much of a headache to have a list and to have atlantic be responsible for making sure these specific people get the guns. That would add time if someone flakes and make a much bigger headache. We all know how group buys have a tendency to go south and someone gets screwed. So neither I, nor you, nor Atlantic is going worked over this time.

I'm not sure as to the total of avail guns prob for this run between 15-20, possibly more.

There are NO orders until i update this forum saying that we are approved for ordering. What i'm hoping is that after this first round , once Atlantic has more stock , there will be a second round .

REPEAT!!!! NO ORDERING UNTIL I GIVE THE GO AHEAD.

The Go ahead will be in the title of the post

stock or converted?

the price (if we assume the local FFL's transfer fees is similar to shipping costs) would have to be cheaper than a locally-purchased mode for it to be worth it.

looks like the price now is $699 ($679 + $20 shipping) before discount and FFL fees (+ DROS but that shouldn't factor into the equation since that's a constant)

i'm curious and possibly interested (for a possible second S12).

thanks!

well...just trying to keep it light-hearted in here as we're all focused on getting the most bang for the buck and enjoying our fun little toys!

oh and Classic is listing the Converted Saiga 12 for $799 (this will need a bullet button i'm sure but that's $50 less than what i paid for my stock saiga!!!). so that's about $900 after DROS and transfer fees!

Exactly. so much animosity for nothing .

Is that a penguin darth maul? hahaha

Ok everyone here's an official update on what's going on

Classic firearms has a saiga for 499 :

Great price BUT, no mention of a cali compliant model

the 499 is for a new set of saiga 12's that DO NOT have the accessory rail mount on the side .

the ones with the side mount are $599

Lastly , i don't get any warm and fuzzy feelings from their less then decent web site. In this day and age of E-Commerce . Their website is outdated and poorly done. ( Not thrilled with the religious imagery either )

whereas Atlantic has had a great presence on OUR forum since 2006 ....long before i joined even. They also are extremely supportive of us Kalifernians offering cali legal products AT A DISCOUNT FOR CALGUNERS!

So here it is, i'm going to try to get group buy discounts on both standard and converted saiga 12s . Going to see how many people we'll need . I'll post as soon as i know more.

I'm trying to see if we can get deals on both converted and non-converted.

Yeah i'm happy the prices are starting to get more stable and lower. These are great guns, but none of us should be paying more then $600 for them ( non-converted )

we shall see !

I'm in for ONE after I see a competitive price. Make sure they put BB's on them and that is included in the final price.

If the group buy encourages a lower price than can be had than most anywhere else, I'm in.

But that would be the point of most any group buy.

VTA-

the classic arms price is NOT a cali legal version, nor do they even mention being able to do install let alone ship.

ill keep an eye on the thread for a price once you get something solid. count me tentatively in assuming it is cheaper than classicarms + hoops.

That's good to hear, do they ship cali compliant or do we have to have them shipped to an ffl 07 that can convert it for us .

Classic will only ship to middle man dealer last I checked, might need to factor that in, double shipping + transfer fees.

Thanks for that info, i've never dealt with them myself , so any info on their practices is great . And , that does make a big deal, that does mean 2x the shipping , fees and whatever the middle man charges to convert it to cali legal gun.

I think classic is off the table , but i'm going to email rifle gear as well to see what they can do for us. Being a cali company , who knows

I think what people are getting at is if Classic can sell at that price, they want it cheaper for a CG group buy.

Of course we want it for less. BUT we also have to remember that there are limits to this and the companies we buy from need to make money as well, or what's the point .

We have to remember that price for the classic firearms saiga is not direct to your ffl .....so add 2x the shipping and other costs. Plust we don't know how much it will cost to make it cali compliant.

I have looked into classic, i have an email into them. But , it's doubtful this group buy will be dealing with them.

If anyone wants to start a classic firearms group buy feel free. I feel much more secure with atlantic or riflegear.

They both have a great rep and are active in these forums and as sponsors. Let's stop looking for bargain basement deals because sometimes they bite you in the ***. Hell , just ask some people about buds guns

CLassic does not even have the shotguns in stock and are advertising a non CA compliant shotgun for $499.00 with out a side mount scope rail . So yes no scope rail and no mag lock it would be cheaper our office will be discussing details via phone today so we can iron out all the details and any confusion spread around but the internet.
