Default Small groove about a mm down from case neck after full length sizing

I have prepped 650 .223, 200 .30-30 and 150 .30-06 at this point and about 30 cases (mostly 30-06 and a few 223) have a small ring groove about a mm down from the top of the case neck. Could someone suggest why I might be seeing this?

Too much lube on the case will cause indentations and creases

Leftover from the crimp on the factory neck? Hard to say without a picture.
