How do these differ from the Akdal MKA1919? They look pretty similar. Oh, and how much are they?

Do you have to use a bullet button on it because of the detachable magazine and it being center fire, or does that only apply to center fire rifles?

Yes it is a semi auto shotgun with a detachable mag so it will need a mag lock or bullet button installed .

How does customer service work for these shotguns? If I have a warranty issue, or if my shotgun is out of warranty, do I have to send it overseas for servicing? Or does Atlantic Firearms act as the authorized service center for these?

Do you ship these out to California with bullet button installed to make it California legal?

Yes if you purchase the shotgun and the AR15 Bullet button / Mag lock we can ship to CA as listed in the item description. If there is an issue you are welcome to contact our office there is a US based warranty center.

The handguard is plastic and the rail looks integral to the handguard from the looks of it. So the rail is plastic? Also, the rail seems continuous over the upper receiver but the upper receiver looks like its metal. Is the upper receiver rail separate from the plastic rail on top of the handguard?

The lower receiver looks to be polymer. Is there a metal chassis under the plastic on the lower receiver?

Got my questions answered. Google is your friend.

Here's a link to an initial review on another forum.
