Last gun Shop is now Sweeney's; Jack sold it earlier this year I believe. As far as a smith, I haven't been able to find anyone in the Napa area.

an yep no gunsmiths round here for years. i miss lloyd s.
Merkells and Independence Armory in Santa Rosa/Petaluma may have a smith. I know Center Mass in Vacaville used to have a smith onsite but I don't think he's there anymore.
