Can't be real. Hong Kong seller only been around 5 months. And most feedback from other low feedback users, probably shills. Ebay will nuke this soon. And oddly, the price says 21.99 but title says 19.99

And it violates the listing policy of only one gift card per listing and only one gift card listing per seller, except for very select authorized sellers (like SVM)
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/gift.html

Quote:
Gift cards can be listed as long as you meet all of the following requirements:
The card's dollar amount is $500 or less.
You have the card in hand at the time you list it, and you must ship within 5 days of the date your item was purchased.
You offer only one gift card per listing.
You have only one gift card listing at a time, even if you have more than one eBay account.
At our discretion, we may approve authorized resellers or direct suppliers to list gift cards without these restrictions.

Most of his feedback are from users "no longer registered."

I'm looking at my 15+ year ebay feedback, and most are still registered users.

Fishy fishy.

Obviously the same guy as the one in post #1. Different account, same bs feedback. Probably giving himself feedback from one to the other. Stay far away.

Don't waste your time. It's a fraud account.

Someone actually bought knowing credit card will refund...that's slick, no downside, heh. I wouldn't do it, but that's testing the system

Last week I was looking for air hydraulic bottle jack to upgrade 20ton HF press I just bought...they start at $70+ and go up from there. Some new Ebay guy was selling for $22...I watched it for a few days, sent an email asking an easy question...no response...listing showed about 60 were sold...then disappeared. Saw similar on Amazon for brand new Howard Leight Impact Pro earmuffs for about $18 for a week instead of the usual $60...from a 'just launched' seller...then disappeared. Lotta scammers out there, internet is their playground.

On the upside, at one point a prince in Nigeria that wanted to give me a lot of money if I show some good faith to pay his cost/trouble of transferring the funds to me. Life just keeps getting better.

The thing with eBay is they always favor the buyers no matter what. I been boned so many times as a seller on eBay. And PayPal does an amazing job protecting buyers. You almost always get you're money back if something goes wrongs. It just takes time.

That's funny since they owned each other for a while

I do work at both their Silicon Valley locations. Those are money making machines for sure.

What a joke! They actually think there is a chance this arrives? And what if the seller sends you nothing but a postcard with a tracking number? Now you have to prove that the item you received wasn't legit.

I reported this item yesterday morning for fraud. Yet they continued to let more than a hundred people buy it before pulling it. Now they are telling them to wait it out and file a dispute if something is wrong.

The important thing here is that everyone recognized it's fraud and no one lost anything.

But it's a few fun minutes of entertainment pondering "What if?"
