I heard about that deal as well, but haven't found the source to buy it at that price. Do you mind sharing a link of where to get it?

Thanks

Unfortunately it looks like you just missed the $300 Life Member opportunity. I'm already a lifetime member but when Obama gave his "speech" after San Bernadino (sp?) the NRA had a great offer. It was working on 12/6 when I sent it to some friends so maybe keep trying, especially if Obama or Hillary open their mouths about assault weapons.

$300 is gone, I highly doubt you'll see it again. The last recent round of that was a mistake but those who got it will be honored at that price. Forgedaboutit. Regular rates are increasing in the new year.

$500 Life Membership is available. Paid in full, monthly and quarterly each at $25.

This link is live and offers the above options: https://membership.nrahq.org/5797/de...FQEIaQodr8gALA

also: nra2016.org

Will look something like this

FYI this sub forum is "Friends of NRA", which is not the same as the main association. No big deal but you should know.

Keep the faith!

Thanks for posting a link to the $500 deal, and BUMP for anyone else who may not have seen it yet!

P.S. It's worth noting that the NRA has announced it's Lifetime Membership rate will increase to $1,500 as of 01/01/2016.

I signed up for life membership. I received a confirmation email. Is there a membership number or other info I also should have received? Where can I find my membership number?

You will receive a "packet" with your membership card that has your member number on it.

If you need it before that, you can call the hotline and they should be able to tell you your number now.

Went on the NRA website and can't get the 500 deal, they only have 1000 dollar deal? Can someone tell me the difference between their website and the link?

Special deal between NRA & vendors is my guess. You can also get it here if you are leery of the other vendor:

I got in on the $300 lifetime deal when it was available for a few hours. The other day I received the standard Black and Gold Hat in the mail, and online member services shows my "Life" status, but I am still waiting on th membership package.

I provided a link above that is still live as of right now, it includes gifts and EPL payment options for life membserhip @ $500. Whatcha talkin' 'bout Willis? Th links are special promotions, the main home page is pretty static.

https://membership.nrahq.org/5797/de...FQEIaQodr8gALA

Yup, when you're payment clears (if paid in full), you're a life member. You can always check online (as roundeye did) or call in to members services and they can tell you your membership # and status. Any gift involved typically comes seperate from the membership package, which will include your card etc.

Those who chose EPL payment options may not have their status updated to "life member" until payments are completed.

I just did the "Easy Pay" Life Member. Going to renew my CRPA when I get home to California. Spending a little time in Arizona with family.

Yes, you can.

If you log in (or sign up, if you don't have an account) here: https://www.nramemberservices.org/Home.aspx

you can manage this in your account. There is a section titled "payments due", click "description", which should say "life member", it will take you to a cc payment option.

You could always call customer service as well, for different payment options or what not. 1-877-NRA-2000

You can also manage your mag subscription and contact info from that site.

Yeah, that site address is kinda wonky. But totally legit. It may be a referal link.

I posted as given by another member but that may been a individual email link thingy or something. It actually works w/ just this https://membership.nrahq.org/5797/default.aspx Don't know what the "5797" is but the membership.nrahq.org is a main site for "join" clicks.

Also the nra2016.org is the exact same offer but requires you to enter your existing member number, hence just started using the other one, that way anyone could sign up.

I'm another one that has thought about life membership for a long time but never pulled the trigger. I did a few weeks ago and chose the easy pay plan. Better late than never!

Just joined with a distinguished member life membership. Might as well put that disabled vet title to good use. $375 plus a brushed leather jacket.
