Default Supermajority taxation election dates, April 3 and June 5

The democrat supermajority has been lost temporarily. The only hope to stop the new taxes is to stop the refilling of the open Assembly and Senate seats by democrats.

Owing to recent resignations, Democrats are two seats short of the supermajority in the assembly that could pass the measure without Republican support, and one seat short in the Senate.

For the supermajority taxation ability to be reinstated the important dates appear to be:

April 3 for Assembly District 45.

The special election is April 3 to replace Matt Dababneh, the Democrat who resigned the Assembly District 45 seat in December after being accused of sexual misconduct.

Gov. Jerry Brown on Monday set an April 3 primary date for a special election to replace former Assemblyman Raul Bocangera, who resigned last month amid sexual misconduct allegations. If no candidate gets at least 50 percent of the vote, a general election will take place June 5, the same day as the statewide primary.

A special election will be held on April 3 in the 54th Assembly District to fill a seat left vacant by Assemblymember Sebastian Ridley-Thomas, who resigned in December due to illness. Candidates in that race include Democrats, Tepring Michelle Piquado, an educator and scientist; Sydney K. Kamlager, Trustee, Los Angeles Community College District; and Grayson A. Pangilinan, green energy entrepreneur. Small business owner, Glen Ratcliff is the only Republican in the race.

A special election has been scheduled June 5 in a Los Angeles-area state Senate district to replace Tony Mendoza, who resigned last month in a sexual harassment scandal. Among the candidates will be Tony Mendoza.
...
Candidates have until April 12 to file papers with election officials to run in the June 5 special election primary in Senate District 32.

An election to decide whether to recall Josh Newman (D) from his elected position representing District 29 in the California State Senate will be held on June 5, 2018
...The filing deadlines for candidates wishing to run in the recall election is April 6, 2018.
Are there any worth candidates that can win any of those races that aren't democrats?
If not say hello to the new firearm tax and ammo tax AB-2497.
