Bad customer service at Reseda.
Hi.
Picked up Ruger single six stainless yesterday from Reseda Turners after more than an hour wait. I couldnt see the finish on the stainless in the light of the store, i checked the gun after coming back home and found that there is a big patch of poor finish on the gun. Went back to Turners and the manager at turners refuses to acknowledge its a defect he says its not a defect, its ridiculous after paying close to $600 he says its not a defect and its acceptable. He says that only thing he could do is to send it to Ruger to get it fixed, and I have to pay for shipping and what ever charges Ruger charges and have to wait for six weeks. I am really not happy with the customer service and this will be my last purchase with turners, they are rude, dont acknowlege issues and treat customers as if they are doing a favor by selling stuff to us. I could have bought this gun from budsgunshop for the same price, just got it from them to support the local store. These guys need to take some serious customer service lessons.
