Default Another Fed AE 223 case of 1K

These have been up and down and all around now for several months. They are all about the same price. At least the "best buy" ones are. All are $270-$309 per case before the $50 rebate. That's delivered as most of the vendors are adding free shipping, otherwise they'd never sell any.

Here's another one from PSA this time. The light blue 100 round box of "military grade" 55 gr 223 for $299. Not a great deal, but it's out there.

Personally, I've shot this round that I bought from C's when it was on sale a while back. It shoots fairly well in my guns. I'm probably going to wait for C's to have it again on sale, as I'm sure they will. The last I bought was a steal as I only bought $100 worth and used a $20 coupon when C's had a free ship, no coupon, deal. That came in under 18 cpr. The case I bought a while back when it was on sale came in around 25 cpr if I remember correctly, using the bells and whistles. This is without a 10% off'er and without any coupons. ***I forgot to take off the nickel rebate. That brings it down to 20 cpr.*** I'm hoping to see both around BF and Xmas. This will probably be my last purchase of 223/556, maybe ever, as I'm well stocked and getting long in the tooth.

Hopefully all of you are safe from the fires and remain so.

Don't go whole hog here. There's lots of these out there. I'm waiting for C's and 20 cpr deals with the rebate.

Famous last words. You'll eventually succumb to yet another great .223/5.56 deal. Resistance is futile.

What does “getting long in the tooth mean” mean? I haven’t heard that before.
