I don't know why people are so sure that future laws will be overturned in court. It depends on who appoints the judges.

Polls don't mean jack. They're always biased one way or another depending on who asks the questions and how they are asked. "Do you support stricter laws that protect citizens from gun violence?".

834 people polled, most likely in the bay area. I'm surprised it wasn't a bigger amount for banning everything. If I polled 834 people in Fresno I'm sure the results would be the other way, because I could make them that way.
