Mossberg 500.
AR 15.
Glock 19.
Because these are going to to be laying next to the most who didn't survive.
Spares, and parts, and magazines, considered.

The ashtray, the paddle game and the remote control... that's all I need!

Got a lot of choices here. It would depend on what kind of SHTF situation actually occurred.

For a tandem event (me and the wife) we each have a Springfield XD 9 Service, 5.56 AR and Mossberg 590 (hers with short stock). 5 mags each for pistol & rifle. Gerber LMF2 knives and Leatherman Wave as tools.

Other choices for specific scenarios but that is the general purpose loadout. I like my CZ 75b 9mm pistols a lot and might prefer those if going solo. My 357 revolvers and pistol caliber carbines are very useful, might be preferred under some circumstances. OP never really clarified the circumstances. I definitely wouldn't like to tote a shotgun and ammo arround on foot for weeks only to have them go unneeded.

Really would depend on the situation...but if I HAD to choose three without knowing what I was getting into, they would be my Daniel Defense M4v7, Glock 19, and Glock 26.

Reasoning
-Lightweight. Nothing is more important than lightweight.
-Reliable
-Common calibers
-sidearm and backup because I canít reasonably carry more than one long gun

Iím laughing at some of the answers with really heavy load outs with 3 different calibers. Shotgun shells, big hunting round, and 45? Enjoy carrying 1/5th the amount of ammo and 3x the weight in guns...

Semi auto .223
22 rifle can be great for small game and can carry lots of ammo.
1911 in 45 easy ammo and great for close defense.

.22lr rifle
9mm pistol (with a carbine attachment like the micro roni)
223/556 rifle

that should cover most situations, and allow the maximum carrying capacity. probably 500 rounds of .22lr, 300 rds of 9mm and 200 rds of .223 if i have to hoof it on foot.

if i get to pull a cart behind me, then probably a case of ammo each. so that would be 5000 rds .22lr, and 1K each 9mm and 223 i think anything more than a case, and you will be too slow/over loaded to carry other supplies.

LCRx3 38 sp
LCRx3 22 LR
10/22

Weight of all 3 guns combined is about 6 lbs. I'd carry only a handful of extra 38 sp, but about a brick of 22 LR hollow points, and some quiet 22's.

I actually own / collect armored fighting vehicles. You really are better off with a heavy APC with an M2HB on it than a tank; far more storage ( fuel / water/ food/ weapons / ammo / concubines ), usually better speed , fuel economy, reliability, mobility and ease of maintenance. ... at least that's been my experience and what I am going with.

US M75 APC
- M2HB

My personal weapons would be;

HK 91 rifle
SiG P226
M4 carbine

Default G19's, Kel Tec Sub 2K, Ruger 10/22

The wife and I have a pretty good setup. Our pistols and long guns can use the same ammo.
We each have a Glock 19 (and I bought the Advantage Arms .22LR conversion kit).
Kel Tec Sub 2000 (with the full MCARBO upgrades)
Ruger 10/22

Not the best setup, but the shared magazine and ammo combination makes this a practical choice

I love it! You can't shoot bulk .22lr, and even the CCI mini mag stuff jams up sometimes. But it's still cheaper than 9mm.
