Default Looking for Wedding DJ in Sacramento

Looking for a wedding DJ/MC for a ~60 person ceremony and reception in Sacramento on June 11th this year. Trying to keep things simple, intimate, and affordable but most of the companies I've talked to want $1300 plus which is a bit more than my fiancee and I wanted to pay.

Looking for offers, recommendations, or referrals.

Thank you for your time and help.

Get a live band.

Sure, a DJ can play any kind of music desired, but a band has a certain energy that a DJ can't match. Most wedding bands play a wide variety of music styles. And if there are a few songs you must have, a decent band can learn them quickly (if they don't already know them).

Music style would be classics (Sinatra, Dean Martin, with maybe some Beetles and Johnny Cash) and then some modern country (Luke Bryant) and pop/rock (Katy Perry) for some more energy.

Sorry, it's not me but my wife is a DJ and used to live in Sacramento, and is a little more affordable, however she is probably not familiar enough with those genre's to handle your special day. Good Luck & congratulations.
Thanks Matt
