Default Noob question on selling a firearm ppt... Paperwork?

So I am selling my first firearm today.... As the seller, am I required to submit any paperwork to the FFL handling the transaction? Other than whatever forms I would have to fill out for the FFL. Thanks in advance!

They'll ask for your drivers license. As seller you'll just have to sign a couple spots - the buyer has to fill out the 4473 form.

You should contact the FFL to verify he'll accept the firearm from a private party.

Please see the Master FAQ regarding shipping.

Assuming that the FFL accepts firearms from non-licensees, yes, you can ship it to a FFL. It would not be a PPT though and fees would not be limited.
