Here you go, courtesy of my crapberry.

You can just see some machining marks on the side of the receiver, but nothing terrible. I can't feel any texture on those marks with my finger, so they should disappear nicely with pretty much any finish I would think. I'll only post one image...click the links for the rest.

Some parts are the same but definitely buy a lpk for a dpms pattern 308.

Yes, however, you're going need a different pin for the bolt catch/release. Those are only included in the DPMS 308 LPK and I believe the takedown/pivot pins are larger (???)

Top right pic.

Update: All remaining group one orders will be shipped out tomorrow, they are packed up and shipping labels with postage are already on them, just need to drop them off at the post office.

Group 2 orders that are getting bumped are boxed, labeled, and awaiting postage, I will update page one of the thread with all the group 2 bumps in the next day or two but first I need to get caught up on processing all the payments that have been mailed in.

Thank you AIM! Looking forward to seeing if I made the bump cutoff.

Being a group buy coordinator is hard work and almost a thankless job. Your effort and time is appreciated.

OK, if early payments will help, I'm currently in group 3 and I just sent mine via Chase quickpay. 2A == 220 + 1 dollar for the quickpay = $221 to email SDMXRDR@yahoo.com

Any issues lemme know and thanks!

AIM,

I'm in group 3 but don't need the Jig. Can I please delete it from my order? So my order should just be 3-15W. Once I get confirmation, I'll be sending payment. Thanks!

You are the 6th one up from the bottom of the paid list in group 2.
All payments received through today have now been processed and posted on page one.

Update: All orders in group 3 that are already paid have been bumped up to group 2 due to early shipments for early paid group 2 orders and cancellations in group 2. All orders in group 2 not listed under the "cancelled" section can still be filled with group 2 however it appears there will be a lot of members who don't respond or cancel so even more group 3 orders will be bumped as they are paid.

The orders listed below are pending cancellation due to lack of communication.

If you are on the list and would like to keep your order that is not a problem I just need to hear from you by Monday at 7PM. If you do not respond to the PM's I sent you or this post by then I will regretfully be forced to cancel your orders and give your spots to people in group 3 who pay early.

I got my box yesterday. Total awesomeness! Thank you very much!

I do have one question. I got both AR 15 and 10 with jigs for both. Instructions for the AR-15 with drill sizes and depths were included but not for the AR-10 jigs. Do I just follow the AR-15 instructions for the AR-10's?

Also if I have these done on an CNC machine is there something I need to tell them due to the AR-10 utilizing a slightly different hole pattern than other lowers? I'm all new to this and don't want to wreck my paperweights.

Hey guys, I don't have instructions for the jigs yet, I'll get them done as soon as I can. I do have blue prints from QD for their .308 that I can email and possibly post once I got home but for now I'm stuck

Yikes. Double plus not fun! Did something puncture the side wall or was that a de-lamination? Glad that was all, front blowouts on larger vehicles can end less well....

Yeah guys, today was not the best day, not that it was a really bad day or anything just disapointing and kind of a waste of time. Went from San Marcos out to El Centro to look at a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition with the rare 5.9L engine in it. I was supposed to be there at 12:30 but the flat caused me a big delay and I got there super late only to find that the Jeep was beat to hell, then sat at discount tire for 2 hours and didn't get to go shooting in the desert on the way home because it got so late.

It could have been worse though, nobody was hurt and the truck wasn't damaged. When the tire went I was only going about 60 MPH and it gave me about 5 seconds of bump and rattle before it actually blew out so I was ready for it by the time it happened.

Anyone got a Jeep for sale?

Damn Jerry, glad you're alright...

I just picked up my pieces from Kevin and thought I'd share a quick mini album. Unfortunately since the sun isn't out, it's really hard to get a grasp on how the "gold" pieces turned out. They ended up being much darker than expected, more bronze in color than gold... but I really love the way it looks.

Snapped a few quick pictures before I have to head to work, take a look.

http://imgur.com/a/0U94q

Thanks again Jerry and Kevin! Another great BP and the anodizing makes it even better!

Wow. Nice work.

I had to put all of my 308 build stuff away so I would stop staring at it. Must be patient for my group two shipment.

Sent while driving at 80mph, eating a Big Mac and using my knee to steer.

If anyone needs reassurance, silly considering the volume, Aimsmall runs group buys like an absolute Pro. Communication is top notch, scheduling, packaging, all very professional. THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER GREAT JOB!

Thanks again Jerry and Kevin! Another great BP and the anodizing makes it even better!
Some better pics...

Update: As of right now there's enough of everything ordered for group 2 to fill every single order I've been paid for in both groups 2 and 3 as well as all the group 2 orders that are pending cancellation, once those are actually cancelled I will open up the ordering for group 3 again and then bump any orders from group 3 that are paid for until I've allocated everything from the group 2 order. I will make the bumps right away, as I receive the payments and you will see your name moved to the group 2 paid section when I process your payment. For the group 3 order there is a lot of room to add due to people moving up from group 2 to group 1 and then subsequently from group 3 to group 2 due to cancellations. Please wait until I reopen the thread to place your new orders!

I am posting this info because I have a feeling once I open this up again people placing new orders will pay promptly hoping to get bumped up to group 2, I want to give the guys already in group 3 the opportunity to get bumped up before new orders are placed, paid for and then bumped ahead of current group 3 orders that are not paid for. That being said I expect to finish up the cancellations of unpaid/unconfirmed group 2 orders within the next few days, I will allow a few days for the group 3 guys to pay up and get bumped and then I'll be re-opening the group buy for however long it takes to sell the rest of the stuff that will be available for groups 2+3 then I will close the group buy again.

I anticipate some cancellations for group 3 as well but I will not accept orders for more then what has been allocated to us by QD, for this reason I will likely open the group buy once more after the group 3 cancellations are finalized sometime in June.

Please note that if I am not able to fill your entire order you will not be bumped. While this is not going to affect most of you it will affect a few and thought it should be mentioned.
Example 1: You order 14 anodized AR15 80%'s and I only have 10. In this case you would have to wait until group 3 to receive your order.
Example 2: You order 1 AR15 anodized 80% 1 AR10 anodized 80% and a jig for each. If I dont have a jig in stock until the group 3 order is due you would not get bumped and would have to wait for group 3.

Regarding Split shipping your order so I can bump some of it and send the rest with group 3. I would really prefer not to do this, keeping everyones orders straight involves a lot already and to complicate things further would only make this more time consuming and difficult then it already is.

I hope this makes sense and everyone is happy with these procedures, please let me know if anyone needs further clarification.

Thank you all for participating and making these group buys possible, I do my part but without all of you coming together this wouldn't work. -Jerry
