There are literally tons of backpacks that will do the job.
Everything from the old LC-1 packs to modern Kelties etc etc. This is not something you are going to be wearing everyday or every week if you were out hiking. Just get something with good rugged construction that will hold up to being filled and then thrashed everyday, day in and day out, in your vehicle.
The more important thing..is weight. 25-35lbs is about all you should load into one. Most of us dont hike all that often...so plan on a max of 35 lbs. Another 10 lbs in pockets/vest/pouches on your person...at max. Go from there. And that includes your weapons/ammo. Get Home Bag is different in many ways from Get out of Dodge bag. And dont forget water...particularly in California summers.
