Did they catch the guy ?? Any follow up ? Why is it that certain people always seem to argue with Police in a routine event and directly disobey simple basic requests that then turn into commands that then turn into confrontations ?

Can't they add using a cell phone while driving to the charges ??

When I skimmed an article yesterday, I believe it said his arm got tangled up in the seat belt when the kid took off.

I wish that I could show this video to that cop that stopped me a few weeks ago and had a problem with me turning off my car and keeping my hands on the steering wheel

How many times in single syllable words did the officer lawfully tell the individual what to do?
When your Father and Mother told you to do something that many times when you were young - the escalation of force rose rapidly and fiercely!
