I got the letter, as of the date I received the letter the SO had not updated the website to reflect changes. My biggest question is the mental health training… where is the information regarding that process?

I got my letter today as well. They updated the website.
www.placer.ca.gov/9519/CCW-SB2-Update "The preliminary injunction only stops enforcement of "sensitive places" while the courts examine the constitutional arguments related to these areas. The remainder of SB 2 will be in effect as of January 1, 2024." I need to renew in March. Finding training might be a problem with the new "Emergency Rule-Making" bs that has come forward. The 1 hour of mental health training part got my attention as well. Perhaps I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what they say. |

The latter is part of SB2, but the former is their own policy.
