I had 3 on mine.

As mentioned I did one online and nothing yet. Reason why I did the last 3 snail mail is I had a issue remembering my password and getting through to some
Help was impossible. So I cant even see the status of my AR Pistol.

2 of 3 guns went through today. Let me edit my private info off the email and I'll post the screenshot to help others with this process.

^ Did you attach pictures with your application? Does your lower say Multi or Semi Auto, and did you choose firearm with interchangeable barrel on the application?

You're experiencing the same issue as bertskiii on page 3. DOJ asked him to send a picture of the lower showing it has Multi engraved.

We probably spoke to the same lady. She said to attach photos of receiver with multi engraving. Logged into my cfars account. Attached photo, clicked preview, got same message which states home builds cannot ise the previous form. Called again(probably same lady) she then advise to use report an issue link and wait. Sent that a week ago. Still no response. The DOJ is playing games with us all I bet.

If it's any consolation, I still have not heard back on the issue I reported on June 30th.

It's probably going to take a WHILE if they work through the log in the order that the problems were reported.

A while could end up being around 2 years...

Im in the same boat as some of you. I submitted 3 self built P80 pistols on 6/2 and a just received an email stating that I need to choose a caliber on all 3. I originally chose interchangeable barrels. When making the changes I received error message that selfbuilt form no longer valid.

Still no word my my two BBAW also submitted on 6/2.

Problem is law takes some added effect in 6 months. I submitted 2 in the 27th, the limbo is killing me. Do we give up at a certain point and go through 857's serial process?

Got 6 sitting, 2 from early March. Submitted 2 "report and issue" asking questions, first time they sent me a canned response saying it would not be discussed before 90 days, then after that no word at all.

I didn't submit a photo, maybe it went into the slow pile.........

I guess it a waiting game for a response from DOJ. Just doesnt make sense to choose a caliber when they had interchangeable barrel as an option.

I haven't received crap, not an email or a letter, from them other than the receipt for my payment the day I submitted. And I submitted my lowers as frame only so I had no caliber option. I bet that alone is going to cause problems.

I had no problems on the earlier ones I did as frames only, so I wouldn't suspect you will either.

The latter ones I did, I, like you, haven't heard anything - likely from their backlog of stuff to go through.

No I meant for his volreg. Even though it didn't say anywhere pictures are required, at least a couple of people said they were asked to provide pictures after submitting their 80% volreg application. Seems like they want pics of your lower that shows Multi or specific caliber engraved. At least that's what I'm gathering from bertskiii's situation. I guess I'll find out shortly if that's indeed the case.

I was advise To attach a picture of the “Multi” engraved lower by a lady at the DOJ office(phone call). Tried to attach photo on CFARs account, says self built firearms can no longer use this form. Called again and then was advised to report an issue link(probably the same lady). Now we wait.

Are the applications processed in order they are received in? If so, I should soon find out if my application with pictures attached gets approved or kicked to the curb. I submitted my volreg on 6/11.

I guess I'll find out shortly if that's indeed the case.
There was only a single slot of a picture so most didn't bother.

No, this one letter was for a 1911 and was the last of my guns that needed anything from the stupid DOJ.. I did send two AR pistols with multi cal selected back in 2016 and they went thru... only to find out i had to request new serial numbers for the assault weapon registration
