Default Renewing membership for another 5 years?

Probably a stupid question, thinking about adding 5 more years to my membership. Currently my membership is good until 2021. If I sign up for another 5 years, will it add this to my current membership, meaning I will be good until 2026?

Edit: I renewed my membership for another 5 years today, and yes, I am good until 2026 on my membership page.

I renewed my membership for another 5 years today too. Quick question. Where do you go to check your expiration date?

I use the member services login. This is where you can update your personal information. If you haven't already, you will need to set up an account.

Upgraded from Endowment to Patron yesterday. F' the gun grabbers and you NRA haters really need to check yourself right now. They aren't perfect, but they are the biggest and best we have... So why not support them and if you don't like the direction they take on some issues, get involved.

Renewed mine yesterday. I let it lapse (whoops) and with them under attack by the idiots I figured better re-up! I don't know how accurate what I heard is but rumor has it NRA memberships have jumped in the past couple days due to them being under extreme attack by the left! If so, AWESOME!!! I also heard that the companies that stopped giving NRA discounts actually took a hit financially, which would be great! A friend of mine ordered some parts and he paid a couple extra bucks to have the parts shipped via Fed-Ex rather than UPS (which would have been free). That kind of active support is what I love seeing!

eh forget the NRA. Join the Gun Owners of America. It was started by an old NRA board member who was fed up with how many times the NRA was caving to the Liberals.

I'm a member of GOA too. I have to tell you, I didn't think anyone could out-spam the NRA but they give them a pretty good run for their money.

After being a year by year member for a long time, I finally buckled and bought a life membership to stop the avalanche of renewal junk mail. Now I get even more. If I go up two more tiers I qualify for the magic underwear and secret handshake.

Well, you’re a voting member now... so, there’s that...

Is there any way to turn off the spam and junk mail? My wife and I are both members and the amount of paper we get in our mail box is crazy.

It’s also a privacy issue with us, our letter carrier must think we are complete gun crazies with all the stuff coming to our mail box.

I would pay a couple hundred bucks to make it stop, seems like an incredible waste of money and resources...

I did my life membership and endowment on the easy pay program. Monthly payments of $25.00. Just finished paying it off, easy to do.
