No right I want both but I was thinking the MK25 first as they are harder to come by but also the 40SW stopping power, beavertail, srt trigger are luring me in. I'd change the grips to the Hogue g-10 D-mascus piranha in black/grey.

I stumbled into the MK25 by accident. I was actually just looking for a standard P226 with night sights but when I found the MK25 the price was only $50 more I believe so I went with the MK25 instead. Either way, still a tough decision but if the P229 feels good in your hands I may go that way just because of the E2 grips and the SRT vs having to pay extra for them.

Anyways here it is:

I want one of these pretty bad.

Turner's Pas was out of the MK25 so I put a deposit down on the P229 EE for a great deal at Bud's for $891 shipped. I guess the MK25 will be my next Sig.

Not a bad consolation prize! I just put down some money on a Daniel Defense M4 so the P229 EE is next on my list as soon as I pay off the DDM4 at the end of the month.

Thanks, I'll eventually get an MK25. I must be the only gun owner that doesn't own an AR15 yet, although I do have my converted featureless Saiga AK74 which I haven't even fired yet. I heard Daniel Defense is a good brand. Is this the one your getting? DANIEL DEFENSE M4 CARBINE, V1 Very nice. Phosphate coated barrel like your MK25. For now I've got Sig fever.

Nice, that will be my next Sig or I could just get a 9mm barrel and mags for my P229 Elite but I should have the infamous P226 in my stable. Did it come with 3 mags? If you don't mind me asking how much did you get it for?

I'm actually picking up the M4 V5 (https://danieldefense.com/daniel-def...arbine-v5.html) without the sights so I could run some Troy BUIS and eventually a red dot optic of some sort once I'm good at shooting with the irons.
