Preparing for the next meet up.

Where: Reeds indoor range Santa Clara. (http://www.reedsindoorrange.com)
When: Tuesday August 18, 2015 at 6:00PM-whenever (we have been pretty much making them kick us out at closing time. )
Who: Everyone

Come one come all. It's a lot of fun. Meet some cool people, shoot a bunch of different guns, earn bragging rights (especially if you beat me at darts), possibly win some cool prizes.

Post up in this thread if you plan to attend or if you have any questions.

I look forward to seeing a few regulars and hopefully a bunch of people who keep meaning to go!

Might be able to make it. I get a new work schedule when I'm back from vacation. Currently enjoying a little freedom in Oregon right now.

I'll be there Tuesday afternoon. I'll just take my genuine NK rocket ship. Shouldn't take more than 2-3 minutes round trip. Those things are blazing fast! They made it to Saturn and back in <20 hours! Awesome!

I might make it. 50/50 right now. Depending on if I get things done beforehand. I've shoot at Reed's before with my hand guns but what about an AR shooting 556 bullets? May I shoot it in there?

I don't think so. Hand gun calibers only.

Edit: just checked the rules it's correct. Handgun calibers only, no handguns chambered in rifle caliber. But if you have a .500 magnum, or a desert eagle .50, you're GTG.

Not sure what Reed's policy is for spectators. You might call them.

Had a lot of fun, met a couple of new CGer's got to shoot a couple of cool guns (and do a little bragging

).

Keep your eyes peeled for next months shoot.

Additionally a suggestion was made about an outdoor shoot at one of the local ranges (metcalf, LARGC, SVRGC), so we can include rifles. I'll probabalt start a thread about that to gauge interest in a few days or so.
