We're almost back up and running.... got a partial backup and I'll be working on getting everything moving again over the weekend. We are leaving for a funeral in a few minutes and wont' be back until Saturday afternoon, but the rest of the weekend will be spent getting everybody taken care of and getting the new backup drive installed. Sorry for the inconvenience here guys... I can't do anything (receive payments, refund, ship, order, etc) until this is done.

Got everything going again, but we've lost four months worth of data. All payments are downloaded so nobody should be receiving any more payment reminders. I am working on recreating the invoices for everybody that's currently paid, but I won't have any way to track anything that's a backorder. Hi All... we're almost ready to take orders again. The drive crash was worse than I thought and there were no workarounds for getting the data restored. I've been having to do it all manually with little to go on, and I'm about 85% there. The recovery also butted up to us moving, so we've spent the last two weeks on that as well. To make my life even more fun Qwest (our new provider) had us down for most of a week with some still unknown issue with our service. We actually have internet again, are moved (although inventory is not unboxed at the moment), and will have the books ready shortly. I'm very sorry for all the issues lately; I didn't expect this all to take so long. We picked up quite a bit of space in the new location and will likely be picking up an FFL here early next year as well, so overall it will be a good thing. I have almost 200 emails and PM's, and between finishing up the books and unpacking everything it will probably take me through the weekend to get everybody taken care of. Thanks a lot for the patience.

Had a leak in the roof a few days ago... had to fix that in the evenings instead of working on the mag kits. Sorry... water running through the kitchen ceiling takes precedent.
