Dillon dies are no better than RCBS, Hornady, Lyman or even Lee. In fact Lee dies are equal/better than the aforementioned. They are also priced reasonably unlike the aforementioned.

Pretty much sums up your problem right there.

You'll probably get actual help next time if your post goes something like "why don't my reloads fit in the case gauge?"

Could be a lot of things but I'm 100% certain its the driver not the car.

Default Rookie Mistakes!

Make sure you test each new caliber, dies, press, etc in your gauge or barrel before cranking out a ton of rounds. Trial and error one at the start till it's set up perfect. Reloading requires attention to detail, not thinking it's set up and going to town before checking. This is a rookie mistake but easily fixed and more importantly your first learning expierence, one of many, that all of us had to come across in one form or the other.
I am still a learning newbie rookie and have made mistakes by cranking out ammo which may not work well. In my case I have 4 or 5 hundred .38 special rounds which may have primers just a little to proud to work properly in my revolvers! I am kind of afraid to check as I don't relish having to reseat hundreds of tall primers! I thought I had it all dialed in and I was wrong. Now I check each and every round to be sure the primer is in the pocket far enough. I have sent away for primer pocket trimmers to minimize that problem in the future.

Reloading is fun, and also a real learning experience. Little by little, I guess.

I've only loaded a hundred thousand rounds of .38 Special / Short Colt, and never needed a primer pocket trimmer.

Oh wait, is your post an April Fool's joke too? Well played

If the case gauge is a dillon, insert the cartridge from the knurled end. From the picture, it looks backwards. OP try the other end.

Well, now that everything's up and running I cranked out my first 500 rounds.

I chamber checked every single one of them, and they all failed. Every single one.

Dillon dies suck.
.

I'm going to say that your attempt at an April Fools post went poorly because:
A: posted 16 minutes too early.
B: you don't seem to know how the chamber gauge works.
