Norco Running Gun - Carbine?
Does anyone know if you can run your .223 AR at Norco Running Gun, as long as you don't shoot the steel? Obviously, it won't be for score. I see .223 cases on the bays so obviously, they can run it at the range level.

Never seen anybody run something beside a pistol during the Saturday USPSA sanctioned matches. The stages tend to back up with people shooting the match so I not sure how available it would be to somebody not playing the game. Some of those stages do have steel as well. No saying you are going to shoot the steel but 'buck fever' can take over and next thing you know the stage just became a two-way range (liability plus damage to the steel).
Surest answer would come from Jojo. Shoot him an email and ask Jojo@JVDynamics.com |

Most likely it was 3-gun practice or some agency renting bays for training and practice.
