You claimed that many laws started in other states.

Fun laws?

It is a false statement that I can't, as I already did, which makes you a liar and ignorant as well.

You made a claim, which you refuse to back up, but you demand others do what you want, which sounds like a liberal. I have given you some info, but you have not.
That article does NOT show in any way gun laws coming from California and spreading to any other state.

What exact claim did I make- That these joke video make us look bad? That is obvious and doesnt need to be backed up.

I already listed the other states that have strict gun laws that have no ties or proof that they started in California, go back and look.

Yes, it does. Perhaps you have a reading problem. It was a test and you failed it.

First, nothing in that article shows any California gun laws that have migrated to other states and became laws. Its just Gavin Newsom pushing his name and agenda.

Second, youre not too bright. Youre defending and arguing over a video that makes fun of you. Wake up dude.

You didn't read it, did you? Do I really have to point it out to you?

What you said is wrong.

The video is not making fun of people who have a clue, but you seem to think it is making fun of you. You just don't get things.

I found these, now disprove them starting in California.

I think you're right on the AWB, though it was close and NY may have edged us out. CA's first ban was 1989, predating the federal ban by 5 years.

Magazine capacity was first a federal restriction in 1994. California made it permanent in 1999 so when the 1994 ban sunset in 2004, they remained banned here.
Again, I'm not sure that we can say that CA was the first after 1994 to enact their own ban. MD, NY, and other states have similar laws.

What specific states adapted these from California. Please list the other state's law codes.

If you read the link I posted, it says that CA had the first in the nation ban on so-called a-salt weapons. Jan 17, 1989 was the basis.

Such things give other states an idea and starting point. Too bad some don't get that, but they have shown they can't or won't read.

Still waiting for someone to disprove them starting in CA. Then again, ordering others as what to do seems to be the response.

No it is not! I wish people in Cali would quick thinking this. How many MORE states have constitutional carry? How many have lower taxes? Texas is doing the opposite of Cali and taking away its businesses and middle class. No the old golden days of Cali are gone. The state is viewed at insane now. I'm on the outside now. I can see the people shaking there heads.

As for OP. Yeah that was funny. Seen it a couple of times now. I was laughing as I was holding my SBR with a suppressor and Gen 5 Glock. LOL

We are talking about anti-gun laws, not good laws. So, yes, it does happen.

Still very few. Only like what...three states that Cali people magane to invest to get them to change there laws. Wa, Or, Co are the ones that come to mind. This is why people don't want Cali there.

Wow, people get this worked up over a video pointing out the same failed logic with our laws that we do on CG everyday.

BRCC is GTG IMO. Good coffee, veteran owned company, and "A portion of profits go to veteran, LEO, and gun rights organizations".

They are making fun of CA gun laws, not the gun owners. In reality as a State CA is a lost cause for gun rights regardless of how the gun owners vote due to Democratic super majority. I am actually surprised that even more restrictive gun laws are not getting passed. With the next Governor I expect to see a ban on all semi-automatic weapons (or classify them as assault weapons) among other measures. With the 9th court of appeals being totally liberal it does not even matter if the new laws are constitutional as the laws would be in effect for a number of years even if the Supreme Court decides to hear it.
