Default How much/How to sell Hi-Point Carbine ?

Been contemplating selling my Hi-Point Carbine 995T since it just sits in my closet collecting dust. My question is;
A- what are they worth
B- what is it worth if I include Sightmark Ultra Shot Sight
C- how do I sell it in California since it came with a bullet button from the factory (i think)

My understanding of the law is I'll need some sort of grip fin but I can't have the bullet button on there? Can a regular magazine release button be installed ?

Thanks

For selling in CA you would kydex wrap the pistol grip to basically make it featureless.

Correct, my research revealed that much but not about the bullet button issue

Once you make it featureless (no pistol grip, no folding/extending stock, no forward pistol grip, no flash suppressor, etc), you can legally remove the "bullet button" style magazine lock and install the factory magazine release.

CA chain gun stores occasionally have featureless Hi-Point Carbines on sale in the $300 price range (normal price range around $400).

They (used, configured as featureless) seem to sell in the WTS forum in the $350 price range.
