Default A bubba mosin build

Its been awhile since I did a rifle build. This will be my cheap precision build So what I did to my Mosin so far was relocated the bolt handle to the rear by welding on an ikea allen wrench to the bolt body and dremeled a notch in the receiver. Then welded on 5/16-24 grade 8 bolt to it since I don't own a lathe to thread it. I knocked off the rear sight and filed it down too. The scope rail is a cheap utg steel rail for a rem 700 that i got for $10. I drilled and tapped the front of the receiver and welded the rear of the rail to the receiver. You need to notch the rail in the back in order for it to clear the bolt where the old handle use to be. I also contoured the front to ease in loading. I JB weld bedded the front of the rail to the receiver. All I need to do now is cut, recrown, and tap the muzzle. If anyone has those tool I can borrow that would be most helpful. Then I need to find a cheap ati stock that I can hack it up and marine tex it. Pm me if you have one for sale.
