And I, frankly, don't respect your opinion at all. Heard too much of that nonsense to respect it any further.

Just telling it like it is. Like our president.

So what's the national makeup of judges, lawyers, etc. I'd suspect about the same so what's the problem?
Amen 🙏

The best case, yet still realistic scenario would be Trump replacing RBG and Breyer due to death or retirement, and Thomas retiring as well. The chances of all these things falling into place is low, but it is possible.

I think it is far more likely Trump will win 2020 and GOP keeps the senate if the political climate today is the same as election day. He will then get to replace one more judge. It's possible 2022 will be his last chance to replace a scotus judge. If the GOP holds the senate 2022, then I expect two judges being replaced by 2024. Typically the midterm before a president terms out does not go well for the majority party. The 2022 senate map looks challenging for the GOP.

I hope if SCOTUS does end up addressing abortion, they will do so after the 2020 election, because the democratic base will show up if their precious right to murder a child is overturned.

This alone was a good enough reason for #45 and all the others are just gravy.

MAGA..........
