Default LEOSA?

Make a long story short. The agency I retired from just became an SO contract city. So my ID and LEOSA is now issued by the county. I got the ID a month or so ago and was told the LEOSA "card" would be mailed to me. Well it came in the mail yesterday only it wasn't a card it is an letter that isn't exactly going to fit in my wallet. What do other dept do? My old department used to put the LEOSA authorization on the back of our ID cards you needed a magnifying glass to read it but it was there. Not sure how I am going to carry this when I travel out of state since it is not exactly wallet sized.

What do the retired deputies do? Do they also get a letter?

Just shrink it 50% in size and fold it in quarters. It will fit well in any wallet behind your ID card.

Don't know the only retired deputies I know live out of state. Was just wondering if this was common other places.
