PO 4x24 P2
Similar to PO 3.5x21P but much more compact and lighter. It has the similar type of reticle. Calibrated for AKM (7.62x39) and unlike 3.5x21P that has on and off switch, this one has brightness settings (including NV). Also illumination works of AA vs CR123.
Of all my optics this is by far has the best glass, better then Browe and Trijicon, almost HD like viewing experience. I can understand their price tag as the glass (or design formula) this good is not cheap. It cost a little bit more then 74 version and IMO it's worth every penny, the best AKM optic in my collection.

It's cool, not meant to be pretty and not for everyone.....Wanting to see how it wears out. Sunlight (bright light) also artificially highlights it..... some more pic here....on how it looks in person.

Also, it insures that I'll never sell it......At first it was ehh..but the more I see it the more it grows on me. Like it more now then I did yesterday or before.

Anyway,

Holosun ACSS red dot. AD mount.
Does not cowitness, but it does not have to, QD is good enough if needed be removed + it'll defeat the purpose of BDC.

Reticle is a bit smaller then whats seen here (camera perspective). It's small but still usable although some people have hard time seeing BDC dots.
Overall it's a very crisp reticle with really good brightness control settings.

Primary Arms red dot (ARMS mount)

I love that paintjob.

How is the red back glare on that new PA? I returned 3 of them a few months back because the red backglare was terrible in sunny conditions and low light. The first PA I got is perfect, no issues, but this last round was terrible.

Thanks. Yes, they all have glare to some point and depending at the angle you are looking at it and back light.
For the most part, I haven't had a big enough issue to conclude it as unacceptable.
Also, just like most things in life, if you look for it you'll find it, meaning the more you look for it the more likely it'll bug you.

PO 3.5x17.5P

Received this recently. Being .300 Blackout BDC should be the same as 7.62x39.

+
Good clear glass.
Very easy on the eye non-distracting reticle (with range-finding capability).
Up to 4,000 hours battery run time (supposedly).
Has red and green illumination.
Comes with kill-flash filter.
Cheapest 7.62x39 BDC optic on the market or very close to Primary Arms 3X prism scope.

-
Heavier then Primary Arms 3x ACSS (1.48 vs 1.07lb with RS mount)
Not as low profile, intended for AR top rail vs AK lower profile as PA.

Overall, very good optic for the price, it's usually sold for $250 +/- but SightMark has it for $199. That is where I got mine and I'm guessing it's a blemish run as it has slight imperfection in the reticle as seen in the photo ( 300 yd mark line), not a big deal for me but for some it might be.
Would have been better optic if it had removable base like PA and maybe AA or CR123 battery.

Will update more once I take it out.

$100 more then 5.45 bdc one. ($700).
Kalinka optics is probably the only one has them and because of that they can demand the price they see fit (the market).
But even then, I'd expect it to be around that price or more, quality scope is just that, you have to pay for it.

Had a few free hours after work today.
Sighted the optic after 3 targets. Unfortunately I did not have the time or opportunity to test out BDC at 200 yd or further. Maybe next time, got lucky as the wind picked after I was wrapping up (attempting to zero PA red dot as well).
Very surprised of the quality of Golden Tiger, was expecting it to be not as consistent but @ 100yd is not saying much anyway.
Rifle is Saiga with cut down, re-crowned barrel and permanently pinned Griffin Armament brake (with blast shield).
I have no intention of keeping any magnified optic on this rifle and the only reason I brought it out is to test gas reliability as I pinned Bolt-On gas block on it. Worked flawlessly and very smooth. Stock and dust cover on it will go back to original matching rifle.
Not very tactical or "combat" like shooting , but that is not the point of this.

Kalinka has them for $500. It's good scope but definitely not $500 worth, I got mine on Ebay for about $245.
It was made for SV-99 sniper rifle (.22lr) but it should work for anything else.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Optic and reticle clarity and I'd say it's no worse then Vortex of the similar price.

Trimmed the mount, added railed 30mm ring and painted with Duracoat as a base coat. Will finish with camo later.

This is final "transformation"...... Looks like a completely different scope.

Without kill-flash.

Compared to PA 4x and 3X

While at it, painted POSP 4x .

Some of the other painted optics.

Primary Arms 3x (7.62x39/.300)
Excellent scope overall, Highly recommend it and I prefer it slightly to 4x.

Scope smiles at you if your close enough...

Optics collection, re-organized.

Ok I think I finally found someone that might be able to answer my question. So I recently acquired a sam7k pistol without the sig arm brace tube my question is what scope mount fits on that side mount the new rear sight placement the Bulgarians adopted seems to interfere. Anyone tried to fit an optic on one of these I was interested in getting one of the new kobra for this but I don't know what mount will actually work. Any input thanks

I have the same TA-44 1.5x16 in 5.56 It's a super scope. For some reason I can't find my manual, and Google is not helping. I'm trying to remember what yardage the top and bottom of the vertical line below the circle is calibrated to?

Any help?

I wasn't aware it represents range estimate, my manual covers 5 (similar) models and it's very generic with minimal info (Unlike most Russian manuals that are very detailed).

IOR 4x24 Druganov reticle.

Updated Acog/mount.

NPZ PSU 1-4x32

Excellent reticle imo, very easy to pick up a target quick.

You should make YouTube Videos

Show the models and how to use them & mount them.

BTW - another interesting example came to me recently.
It is a POSP 8x42WD 2000.
Weaver mounted scope with diopter adjustment. Allegedly made for Azerbaijan army, and not encountered in the wild.
Not sure how true that is, but I could not find any commercial reference for it, and it sports a 1.7m reticle. Has Pro turrets, too!

I just purchased one of these scopes and will do a review once it comes to me in the mail. I already have a NPZ 6x36 scope mounted on my AK47.
