you need to stop going to indoor ranges.

Also, you have enough for a 200+ pistol brace and a decent cerakote job.... why not get a decent red dot? lol

haha i went indoor to make sure trigger reset after changing it out and just wanted to make sure everything worked right. and was going to go with a cmore but with my eyes with single red dots all i get is a blob of starburst. i figure i was going to see how this ran and if it didn't work out was
going to pick up another eotech. plus budget went over on the build and didn't want to drop more right now for optics.

The pistol looks cool, but the AR15 is ugly.

Wrong forum. This is for AR pistols not AR's and pistols.

Default AR Pistol gallery thread 2.0

Update. Changed to Vortex Strikefire II because Sparc I too small. Also added a Magpul Foregrip. ATF said as long as the Blade is in a position that makes the OAL >26", not including the non-pinned muzzle brake towards the OAL, then you can run the VFG. If the Blade comes off/collapses to a position where the OAL is less than 26", then the VFG has to be removed first).

They make tubes with points where the screw goes into. Keeps it at that point and does slip. Great looking work by the way.

Thanks man. Yeah I got the one made by KAK that has the holes. I also got a custom thumb screw so you dont have to use a tool to remove the screw. I got it on eBay for $25. I bought it by accident because I didnt read the full description saying that it is just a screw, not the KAK buffer tube itself.

Had the AR pistol sitting in the safe for many months so figured I show it some love and double check zero. I must be getting old because I use to be able to shoot it all day but now after just a few rounds I put it away due to the concussion, my teeth were rattling and hurting.

I like Ammo Bros, have had smooth purchases and PPTs there, but as far as listening to gun store employees about laws...... I've heard fud just like yours in addition to "it's illegal to change your barrel" to even "it's illegal to change the color of your gun", take store employees advice as much as you would someone from McDonalds.

As far as discussing about AR pistols, this thread is just a gallery posting pics of the many beauties, there's a comprehensive discussion in this one:
http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s....php?t=1292129
Cheers.

Here's a couple pics I snapped this morning of my 7.5" and my 10.5". The 7.5" is 24" with the SB Tactical Brace / 28" when it's extended. The 10.5" is 20" Folded and about 28" normally.

And some showing the 10.5 folded using the Law Tactical Folding attachment

Switched out the 556 barrel, added the 9mm + adapter and replace the pistol tube. This conversion was a lot more $$$ than expected.

Since you can't have a stock, and there is no minimum length limitation on a pistol, a foldable receiver extension is completely legal

Some updates:
  • Added a battlecomp 1.0

  • Removed the KAK shockwave 2.0 blade and went back to the Thordsen cover w/CAA cheekrest. I still kept the KAK receiver extension in the event I wanted to put the blade back on, but IMO this is a better combination for me.

  • Added a Law Tactical 3-M folding adapter

makes for a pretty handy weapon.

There's a couple of pistols in here. Fun Fact the one to the far left was my first AR OLL W/Bullet Button back when I lived in CA.

MK18 Mod 0 clone. Attached the Command Arms saddle to the Shockwave Blade and I love it. It supports my cheek perfectly with the ACOG.
