To each his own but I own both some very fancy ones and some plain ones and they appeal to different folks and the inlays are not the expensive part. It is the labor installing them that costs. with more than a hundred black powder in my collection i would like to see your collection someday. you never said whether you graduated from comedy school and made a living at it or was it a waste of uncle Sam's money? PS, i have one engraved black powder valued at more than at more than most original guns. I was not trying to insult the man but just attract a new audience so he could sell it. try looking at some of the engraved rifles made by this manufacturer. And i apologize to the John W.
