Default H&R, IHC and WRA Garands. SKS & RPKs San Jose - Prices Dropped

A word on these sales.

The letters o.b.o. after the price stand for "or best offer," which means that I am entertaining offers.

A message of the form "How much do you really want for the widget?" is not an offer.

A message of the form "I would be a buyer of the widget at $x" is an offer.

I have made some packages in the hope of getting offers, if you are interested in part of a package then send an offer and specify what the offer is for. (e.g. I would be a buyer of just the dongle at $Y.)

Why should you make an offer?

1.) I do not want to sell all of the weapons I have listed here. A financial emergency dictates that they be sold quickly.
I need to raise $Z, to be certain of doing that I have (or will) list about $2.5xZ worth of weapons. When I reach Z the
remaining weapons will no longer be available for sale. However, if you have placed an offer on an item that has not sold,
I will at least give you a chance to purchase it before I withdraw it for sale.

2.) The items are for sale in multiple venues. I already have firm offers on several items that are below what I think
they are worth. But if I feel I have to drop to that price I will pick up the phone and do it with no further online
posting. Because of Calguns "bump" policy it is usually the last last venue where a price drop is posted.

3.) I don't haunt the for sale forums so I do not know what he clearing price of these is or will be. So to start I listed
them high. I will drop the price over time. If I am going to drop price on an item and you have hit it with an offer it is yours.

4.) Since price drops are usually done in even dollar amounts of $50 or $100 you should make an offer of an odd amount. If I have a widget offered at $600 and decide to drop it $550 and I have an offer of $555 that person gets the deal with no further negotiation.

Winchester M-1 Garand. Serial places manufacture in Feb 1942. Has an LMR barrel dated 10 53. It has a "two-tone" receiver from lead annealing that is more obvious in real life than in the photos. It has a "16" stamped on the left side of the grip and a rack number 103 painted in white on the top of the bolt. I assume that the paint could be removed but I though it gave an interesting ambience to the gun and left it in place.

Make: Winchester

Model: M-1 Garand

Caliber: 30-06

Location (city or county): Santa Clara County

Price: $1400 1200 $1100 o.b.o

Will ship (Y/N): possible - buyer must pay all expenses

Other info: Cash and carry with FFL03 & COE

Default RPKs added

Up first is a Yugo RPK built by Century on a DCI receiver. When I bought this rifle I stripped it down to its component parts, cleaned off all the congealed grease and added new Wolfe high power springs. It originally had those bare wood handguards that Yugo stuff comes with. I sanded and polished and used Minwax Red Oak, as the name sounded appropriate, and finished it. May not be the best stock refinishing ever done but much better than it originally had. I also added a PWS FSC47 compensator. It is a Mod 1. I will deliver the original grip and bullet button to the purchaser.

I installed a SI grip for SB880 compliance and as such it is it is now a regular semi-automatic rifle much like a Mini-14 or a M1A. So I dug out an old 30 round mag for the pictures. As long as the injunction issued by Judge Benitez in Duncan v. Becerra remains in effect this is totally legal. The magazine is neither included nor for sale separately.

Make: Century

Model: M72

Caliber: 7.62x39

Location (city or county): Santa Clara County

Price: $1000 900 800 o.b.o.

Will ship (Y/N): Shipping is possible. You must have an FFL who will agree to accept the rifle and pay all expenses involved.

Default price drop

A "featureless" AES-10B. I replaced the folding stock with a junker stock off a Romy G. It has also the Monster Man grips for compliance. Potential purchasers know what this is, so suffice to say that all of the original parts will be turned over to the buyer. It may have been test fired at the factory but I acquired it new and never fired it. I can bring this for a daytime DROS anywhere between Salinas and Vallejo.

Make: C.N.Romarm S.A./Cugir

Model: AES-10B

Caliber: 7.62x39mm

Location (city or county): Santa Clara County

Price: $1400 1300 o.b.o.

Will ship (Y/N): possible. pm me.

$900 for an IHC M1 with a sealed can of Greek ball for another $200. Good deal alert. You're generous. Hope whoever gets it keeps it forever.
