Ive seen SPR used in context of AR's not the FN. ADDAX has a "SPR" upper for sale for example. What does it mean as it relates to AR type weapons/ systems?

Here's a couple used in LE:GOA gone on arrival, UTL unable to locate,HUA head up ,NWTT not wrapped too tight,SNAFU situation normal all f'ed up.
